However, it is necessary to understand the type of service. If you don't do this, conversations can be misunderstood. Finally, I would like to make an absolute recommendation for fine cuisine. The portions are as expected until sometimes a little small. Nevertheless, it is an absolute delicacy. Thank you for a nice evening.

A great location, you eat outside with a view of the Elbe. Very charming and attentive service and super delicious food and excellent wine selection. So if you fancy something special, I can only recommend the Ave Marie.

We were eating this Sunday with 4 people. The service was nice and warm. We're not experts, but the restaurant definitely deserves a star (compared to the ones we've been to and have compared)! Keep it up! Of course we don't give a star suit for the rain 😜

A wonderful place in Florence on the Elbe. We slept one night at Ave Marie and enjoyed a birthday breakfast. Everything was very pleasant. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast prepared with love. The people here were great. Uncomplicated and very friendly. The price is perfectly reasonable. We felt very comfortable.

Classy food and service.

Wonderful place overlooking the river. Imaginative cooking that is German but modern, going beyond the ubiquitous meat and potato fare. Brother and sister duo are clearly very passionate and care greatly about the place. He's a great chef, she is lovely and attentive with customers, knows a lot about local wines. All the dishes were delicious, portions just right. The menu is small, but personally I prefer it that way. You cannot execute things well if you have to master 50things. I would return again without hesitation :)

We ate on a recommendation in the Ave Marie and were more than enthusiastic. We received a warm welcome and even before we sat down was already provided for entertainment, in the form of malting, for my son. As mentioned in other recessions, the menu is rather small, which we found very pleasant and a sign of fresh food preparation. From the food we were absolutely thrilled. Even my friend, who cooks himself and is very very critical, has praised the food very much. Also nice was the possibility to get all food in small for our son or to put something for him to taste. The portion sizes have allowed to enjoy 3 courses and then full but not over-eating. In summary, we had a very nice evening in a nice atmosphere with a wonderful meal and a very friendly and charismatic hostess. Thanks a lot for this. In any case, we will be back soon and the Ave Marie absolutely recommend.
